Two planning calls to review your vision, vendors, and day-of details

Unlimited emailing throughout the 2 weeks

Review of all vendor contracts and confirmation of arrival times, deliverables, and final balances due

Review and distribution of a detailed wedding-day timeline (created by you) to your venue and all vendors

One venue walkthrough (within our standard travel radius)

Point of contact for all vendors starting two weeks out through the end of your event

Up to 8 hours of on-site, day-of coordination

Directing ceremony and reception flow, and managing the day-of timeline in real time

Full décor setup & breakdown (centerpieces, signage, full tablescape)

On-site troubleshooting and an emergency kit

Overseeing vendor load-in and load-out during the coordination window

Travel: Travel within 15 miles of Martinez, CA is included. 15–30 miles is +$75, 30–50 miles is +$150, and 50+ miles or overnight stays require a custom quote.
